Reformer teacher training at The Body Collective offers a form focused approach to strengthening and toning the body through precise movements and controlled breathing using the Joseph Pilates method. In this training we will focus on the traditional exercises as well as how to build on them to create a more modern approach in your teaching and class planning. We emphasize proper form to ensure effective and safe workouts, helping clients build core strength, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. You will also learn anatomy, pre post natal as well as injury prevention. The supportive community atmosphere fosters motivation and connection making the training a safe space to learn and ask questions. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner this training will help give you the foundation you need to become a reformer Pilates teacher! Includes 10 reformer classes
