Our Classes

  • Sculpt is a combo of Pialtes mat and weighted low impact sculpting exercises. This class will for sure have you feeling the burn and seeing the sculpt

  • Pilates burn is our heated Pilates mat and sculpt combo class. You will burn fat and drip in sweat so make sure to bring water and a mat towel if you want!

  • Pilate Tone is like reformer Pilates but on the mat! You will for sure see the tone and feel the burn on this 50 minute Pilates mat class

  • In this 45 minute class you will tone all the important parts! You will start off with a light warm up and get right into it doing 15 minutes straight of arms then 15 minutes straight of abs and 15 minutes straight of booty! You will definitely leave class feeling the burn!

  • Our sculpt and sound class is 40 minutes of sculpt that ends with a 20 minute sound bath. Its the perfect combo and what’s better than cooling down with the sounds of crystal singing bowls and candlelight

  • Reformer Sculpt class is a full-body workout that combines the core-focused exercises of Pilates with sculpting movements to tone and strengthen muscles. These classes incorporate the use of the Pilates reformer machine, along with other equipment like resistance bands or light weights, to increase intensity and target specific muscle groups. Expect to see a focus on improving balance, flexibility, and coordination while building lean muscle in this form focused semi private six person reformer class

  • Tower Pilates is a form of Pilates that utilizes a tower apparatus, essentially a scaled-down version of the Cadillac, to provide resistance and support during exercises. It combines elements of mat work and spring resistance, focusing on building strength, flexibility, and core stability. With only 6 people per class you get the experience of a semi private with the attention to detail

  • Cardio Sculpt class is a high-energy, full-body workout that combines our sculpt class with Pilates jump board for the ultimate sweat and burn. Expect to get your cardio in and your heart rate up all while sculpting your muscles in this six person semi private reformer class

  • Our cult favorite class but on the reformer! This class focuses on the important parts! We focus on a block of arms, a block of abs and a block straight of booty with minimal warm up and cool down. You will definitely feel the burn in this semi private six person reformer class xx

  • Our reformer stretch class is focused on slow paced stretching and movement that lengthens the body, improves flexibility, and relieves muscles tightness. The first 10 minutes of class is spent on a mat with a foam roller and the rest of class is spent stretching on the reformer
