      Our cult favorite class but on the reformer! This class focuses on the important parts! We focus on a block of arms, a block of abs and a block straight of booty with minimal warm up and cool down. You will definitely feel the burn in this semi private six person reformer class xx

      Our reformer stretch class is focused on slow paced stretching and movement that lengthens the body, improves flexibility, and relieves muscles tightness. The first 10 minutes of class is spent on a mat with a foam roller and the rest of class is spent stretching on the reformer
