FACTS & QUESTIONS
-
Mats are provided for all classes, though you're welcome to bring your own. We recommend bringing water and a towel if desired. We offer bottled water for purchase in the studio and have a water refill station available. Grip socks are required for both mat and reformer classes and are available for purchase if needed.
-
Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made within 12 hours of class will incur a $15 late cancellation fee. Failure to attend a reserved class will result in a $20 no-show fee. Please note that cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable.
-
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after class has started, you will not be permitted to enter. This policy helps ensure a safe and uninterrupted experience for all clients, as the opening minutes of class are an important part of the warm-up. Late arrivals can also be disruptive to the class environment. If you cancel within 12 hours of class, including immediately before the start time, a $15 late cancellation fee will apply. If you cancel after class has started or do not attend your reservation, a $20 no-show fee will be charged.
-
By joining the waitlist, you acknowledge that you are available to attend class if a spot becomes available. Our system will automatically add you to class as openings occur, up to 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. We recommend opting in to text notifications so you'll be alerted if you're added to class, though you can also check your reservation status through our app or website. If you remain on the waitlist within 12 hours of class and are added to a spot, our cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations and no show fees apply to our waitlist reservations.
-
Your membership begins on the date of your first class, not on the date of purchase. This allows you to purchase in advance and activate your membership when you're ready to start attending classes.
-
Credits do not roll over from month to month on any membership, including our 4 and 8 credit memberships. All unused credits expire at the end of your billing cycle, so we encourage you to use them before they expire.
-
There is street parking in front of the studio on 17th street as well as in the back parking lot. Please make sure to park on our side of the lot in the middle spots. No parking along the building in front of the other businesses during their business hours. Thank you so much!

We offer modifications for pre- and post-natal clients and are happy to support you throughout your pregnancy. We recommend booking a private session or arriving early to let your instructor know how many weeks pregnant you are, as modifications vary by trimester.
We do not use wedges in class, as they are not recommended for pregnancy support; instead, we prioritize safer positioning such as side-lying work, use of a box, or a ball to ensure proper support. Lying on your back can be appropriate for some clients depending on comfort level, whether you are carrying multiples, and if you experience any dizziness. As always, we encourage you to choose what feels best for your body, and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
