FACTS & QUESTIONS

  • We provide mats for you but if you prefer to bring your own, that’s okay too! We recommend bringing water with you and maybe a towel if you would like! We do require grip socks for reformer & mat, if you don’t have any we sell them in the studio!

  • You can cancel your class 12 hours before the start without penalty. If you cancel within the 12 hour block you will be charged a $15 cancellation fee. If you no show the class, you will be charged a $20 fee. We are unable to provide refunds for cancellation and no show fees!

  • If you are more than 5 minutes late you will not be allowed into class. It is important that you’re warmed up for class but also important that all clients get the best experience. It’s distracting for the other clients to have people come late into class. If you come late you will be charged a late cancel fee as its a spot being taken up for a client that could of booked into that spot.

  • By putting yourself on the waitlist, you acknowledge that you will be able to take the class if you get in. Our system will automatically add you to the class as spots become available up until 30 minutes prior to class. We recommend opting in for text messages for an easy reminder that you’ve been added to class, but you can also check your reservation via our app or website to check! If you fail to remove yourself off the waitlist 12 hours beforehand, you will be charged the $15 late cancellation fee. No show fee applies to waitlist reservations if you get added and cannot make the class time.

  • Your membership starts the day of your first class not at time of purchase.

  • No, your credits from the 4 and 8 credits a month membership don’t roll over!

  • There is street parking in front of the studio on 17th street as well as in the back parking lot. Please make sure to park on our side of the lot in the middle spots. No parking along the building in front of the other businesses during their business hours. Thank you so much!

  • We do cater and offer modifications to pre and post natal but we always suggest doing a private before coming to class or coming early and letting your teacher know your pregnant and how many weeks you are as each trimester is different as far as modifications and we can better help support you during your pregnancy. We don’t have a the wedge here that other studios are providing as they arnt for pregnancy as you are still lying on your back and are not propped up enough to be off the vena cava and are still lying on your back with them. A ball, box or side lying are best. It is safe to lay on your back as long as you’re not carrying multiples and don’t get dizzy. We always suggest whatever is comfortable for the mama to be! Please let us know how we can support you!
